When to Visit Brava?

Brava enjoys a mild climate all year round, with average temperatures between 20°C and 27°C. The months from November to June are ideal for visiting: the climate is more stable, the days are sunny, and walks in the mountains or along the coast are a real pleasure. Summer sometimes brings short rains that rejuvenate the island, making it even more colorful and fascinating.

International and Inter-Island Connections in Cape Verde

Brava does not have an airport. To reach it, you need to land on the neighboring island of Fogo (São Filipe airport) and then board a ferry to the port of Furna, the gateway to the island. Sea connections are not daily, so it is important to plan carefully. Once there, movements are mainly on foot or by taxi, given the small size of the island.
